We’re one of the fastest-growing independent agencies in West and South Yorkshire with big plans, and we’re looking for a new Sales Agent to join our team in Featherstone. This is a high-energy role for someone who is self-motivated, driven and puts the client experience at the heart of everything. This role is for the territories of Featherstone and the WF4 postcode area. What your day-to-day would look like... - Conducting viewings and valuations in Featherstone and WF4 - these leads already will have been qualified by the office team - Following up on appointments and providing feedback to sellers - Working to AML and compliance regulations - Preparing listing details - Negotiating offers - Prospecting for new clients through marketing, community outreach and networking - Getting involved with social media campaigns - Assisting with office admin where required, answering phones, dealing with enquiries, arranging viewings and valuations etc. About You The non-negotiables: - Driving licence - Estate agency experience - Confident telephone manner - Great communication skills - A client-focussed approach to work Desirables: - Knowledge of the local area - Social media experience - Sales Progression experience (but full training will be provided) What success looks like - Creating a positive experience for clients - Contributing positively to the team culture - Working collaboratively - Being proactive in generating new opportunities for business - Always striving to learn and grow in an ever-changing industry Working patterns - This is an office based role, our HQ is on Station Lane in Featherstone. - Working hours, 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Friday, and every other Saturday 10am-2pm, with time taken back in lieu. Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year Experience: - estate agency: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person
