Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced ERPNext Back-end Developer to join our dynamic team immediately.

As a Back-end Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the back-end functionality of our Parsimony system, ensuring its smooth and efficient operation. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust back-end solutions that support our various projects.

About The Opportunity

Employment Type: Full-Time I Permanent Remote Work

Preferred Experience: 2+ years in Frappe Framework / ERPNext Back-end Development

Salary range per month: $ 750 - $ 1,200

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements for our system enhancements and customizations.
• Design, develop, and implement back-end functionalities, including data models, APIs, and integrations.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues and bugs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate front-end and back-end functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system performance and scalability issues.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in ERPNext development.

What You Need

• Proven experience as a Back-end Developer, specifically with ERPNext.
• Strong knowledge of Python and Frappe framework.
• Proficiency in database design and management, particularly with MySQL.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• In-depth knowledge of ERPNext framework and its modules.
• Experience in developing and consuming APIs.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with ERPNext customization and configuration
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of cloud computing and deployment (AWS, GCP)
