This role is critical in ensuring that the ERP solution aligns with business processes and goals while being delivered on time and within budget. Job Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Execute system study Requirements collection and preparation Review/Supervise in the Designing Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans, and budgets. Manage the implementation of ERP software. Coordinate customization and integration with other business systems. Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff, consultants, and vendors. Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor team performance. Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communication. Conduct regular meetings to update stakeholders on progress, risks, and changes. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle. Ensure smooth organizational transition through effective change management strategies. Developing and delivering training materials and support to end-users. Supervise system testing and validation processes. Ensure data migration accuracy and system performance meet specified requirements. Track project progress and generate status reports. Maintain comprehensive documentation for future reference and audits. Providing ongoing support and maintenance for the ERP system. Handling multi projects at the same time and follow the project milestone Traveling to different cities and countries when required Study & Perform System Gap Analysis Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, with 3+ years specifically in ERP implementation or management. Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Infor, etc.). Proven track record of managing full lifecycle ERP projects from planning to go-live and post-implementation support. Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including finance, supply chain, HR, and IT. Proficiency in ERP systems and understanding of system architecture and integration. Familiarity with data migration, customization, workflow automation, and reporting tools. Knowledge of business process mapping, change management, and quality assurance. Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and resources. Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
