Support clients during system deployment, user training, and post-implementation activities. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business and accounting needs. Prepare functional specifications, reports, and user manuals. Provide end-user support and resolve system-related accounting issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and system functionalities.
