# Environmental Officer **noor alsahara General contracting** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Title: Environmental Officer Department: QHSE Industry: General Contracting Experience: 3+ Years Project Experience: Road Works & Utilities Key Responsibilities Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with environmental requirements, HSE policies and applicable UAE regulations . Conduct regular site inspections for dust, noise, waste management, water pollution and environmental hazards . Implement and monitor Environmental Management Plans (EMP) and site environmental control measures. Ensure proper waste segregation, disposal, recycling and hazardous material management at project sites. Prepare environmental reports, inspection records and documentation, and coordinate with HSE teams, consultants, clients and relevant authorities . Requirements Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, HSE or related field . 3+ years of relevant environmental experience in roads, utilities or civil construction projects. UAE/GCC construction experience preferred. Good knowledge of environmental regulations, waste management, pollution control and environmental monitoring . HSE/environmental certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent are an advantage Experience: Environmental Management Plans: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
