We are currently looking for an Environmental Data Management Specialist who will support the delivery of environmental data management solutions, applying your environmental data knowledge and EQuIS experience. This role provides opportunities to develop technical expertise, collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, and build competency in environmental data management best practices and digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation of EQuIS data management solutions under the guidance of senior data manages and EQuIS subject matter experts. Contribute to project data management including data tracking, data loading, quality control, and data delivery. Learn and apply environmental data management best practices, QA/QC procedures, and data governance principles. Develop competency across all phases of data management in EQuIS. Assist with data validation, data analysis, reporting, and visualization activities. Work in a dynamic team environment with data managers, scientists, planners, engineers, and technologists. Develop the attributes of a strong consultant, including initiative, adaptability, collaboration, continuous learning, and client service. Support project planning, work assignments, and delivery of high-quality work products that are safe, on schedule, and within budget. Here's what you'll need Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Geology, Engineering, or directly related discipline. 2+ years of environmental consulting experience 1+ years of experience in environmental remediation field work 2+ years of data management experience, preferably using Microsoft Access, and/or EQuIS software with knowledge of EQuIS modules including Professional, EDP, SPM, Collect, and Enterprise. Some exposure to database or programming platforms (for example, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Visual Studio, Visual Basic for Applications, HTML, JSON, Java/JavaScript, Python, R or similar). Understanding of digital workflows ranging from project planning, mobile data collection, database management, data analysis, and data visualization. Highly Qualified Applicants have: At least 4 years of experience in environmental data management, chemistry, analytical data validation, groundwater modeling, data analysis and/or visualization. 2+ years using EQuIS software with knowledge of EQuIS modules including Professional, EDP, SPM, Collect, and Enterprise. Experience supporting environmental software implementations in a consulting, industrial or government environment. Experience developing or enhancing digital workflows ranging from project planning and mobile data collection to database management, analytics, and visualization. Demonstrated commitment to developing expertise in environmental data management, data stewardship, and digital solutions.
