The position requires a professional and personable individual excited to build excellent relationships by staffing healthcare providers. Responsibilities Facilitate the staffing and placement process between healthcare providers and client facilities in the Pacific Northwest Develop and manage relationships with Client Organizations and our pool of healthcare providers Interview and screen candidates for placement Assist in facilitating the onboarding process with candidates Strategize, develop, and execute a marketing plan Negotiate wages with prospective candidates Network with trade associations Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University - New Grads Encouraged to Apply!
