About the Role As a Solutions Consultant, you'll meet with local business owners to introduce solutions that help them operate and grow their businesses, including: Payment Processing Payroll Services Business Websites Social Media Management Business Capital & Lending Solutions Customer Financing Programs Additional business solutions designed to support merchant success Every client relationship you build contributes to your long-term portfolio, allowing you to earn recurring residual commissions as your clients continue using Paybility's services. Compensation This is a 100% commission-based independent opportunity with no base salary . Our commission structure is designed for individuals who want their earnings to reflect their performance. Top-performing Solutions Consultants have the opportunity to build substantial recurring income through uncapped commissions and monthly residual earnings. Because this role is commission-based, candidates should have a financial plan or other source of financial stability while building their client portfolio during the first several months.
