We’ll give you the training, support and platform to build a successful recruitment career, and the opportunity to earn and progress based on what you achieve. What will you be doing? Build relationships with candidates and some of the biggest names across tech and finance Source, interview and place candidates into specialist roles Learn and develop expertise across markets including AI, quant, cybersecurity, cloud and fintech Manage your own candidates and take ownership of the recruitment process Work alongside experienced recruiters who will support and mentor you Hit targets, celebrate the wins and keep pushing yourself to the next level What do you get?
