Entry-Level Recruiter — Business Development
About the Role We're looking for a high-energy, people-first recruiter to join our team and help us find the next wave of entry-level sales and business development talent in the New York area. This isn't a "post and pray" recruiting job — you'll be building real relationships with candidates, coaching them through the process, and connecting them to opportunities where they can actually grow.
