Review M&E drawings, specifications and requirements, and coordinate with consultants to resolve discrepancies and technical issues. Liaise with clients, project managers, architects, consultants, contractors and subcontractors. Supervise site staff, workers and subcontractors to ensure works are carried out according to project requirements. Manage materials, tools and equipment, ensuring approved materials and specifications are complied with. Prepare and maintain project construction plans, site access, hoisting and temporary utilities plans. Conduct and coordinate QA/QC inspections, testing and pre-handover inspections, including relevant documentation. Attend project meetings and provide updates on project progress, quality and technical matters. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager. Job Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
