QUALIFICATIONS : Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in one or more development stocks (e.g., C#, ASP, NET, APIs, Python, Kotlin, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Power Platform. Familiarity with system integration (REST, API,SOAP) and database design. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV, ERP, HRIS or logistics related systems is an advantage. Experience in developing or integrating AI-enabled applications, automation platforms or AI assisted development tools is an advantage. WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING : Ability to work collaboratively with Business Analysts, Technical Support Teams, Process owners, external vendors and SMPC ICT. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Training in Secure Coding, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), API Development, Agile/DevOps, Microsoft Technologies, or Business Central Integration is an advantage.
