ONE ECM is looking for a highly ambitious, driven, and results-oriented Enterprise Solutions Sales Executive to join our growing team in the UAE.We are seeking a true sales hunter — someone who is proactive, commercially driven, passionate about winning new business, and motivated by achieving and exceeding ambitious targets.This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who can identify opportunities, build strong relationships with senior decision-makers, and successfully lead complex enterprise sales from prospecting through to closing.

The Ideal Candidate

• Focused on building long-term strategic customer relationships

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise and government opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive business development and prospecting.
• Develop trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Lead the complete sales cycle, from initial engagement and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Understand customer challenges and position the right enterprise technology solutions to deliver business value.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations.
• Work closely with technical, consulting, and delivery teams to develop effective customer solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting.
• Represent ONE ECM professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and business forums.

Requirements & Experience

• 5–8+ years of experience in enterprise software, technology, or solutions sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong experience in new business development and enterprise sales .
• Experience working with enterprise and government accounts in the UAE .
• Proven ability to manage complex and consultative sales cycles.
• Strong C-level engagement and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:
• - Enterprise Content Management (ECM)- Information Management- Artificial Intelligence (AI)- Intelligent Automation- Cybersecurity- Digital Transformation- Enterprise Applications
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
• UAE market experience is highly desirable.
