Enterprise Customer Success Manager
# Enterprise Customer Success Manager **ChannelMeter** · San Francisco, CA 94111 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The Creator Economy runs on two things creators can't get a straight answer on: what their content is actually earning across platforms, and when that money lands in their account. We're solving both. Over 1.2 million Creators across 50+ countries rely on ChannelMeter for the data behind their business—performance and monetization reporting across platforms beyond YouTube—and for the payments infrastructure that turns that data into money in their bank account. We've processed $1.8B+ in payments for Creator Networks, agencies, IP distributors, and global brands, and the analytics layer underneath is just as core to what we do as the payment rails. The market is heading toward $500B by 2027, and most of the infrastructure to support it—on the data side and the money side—doesn't exist yet. We're building it, and we need someone who can speak fluently to both halves of that problem for every customer who depends on us. Why this role exists Our customers don't show up with one kind of question. One week it's "why does my YouTube monetization number look off," the next it's "where's my payment," and often it's both at once, tangled together. This isn't a check-in-once-a-quarter role—you'll be embedded in how our customers understand their own data and their own money, spotting risk before it becomes churn and opportunity before anyone has to ask for it. And you'll do it with AI as a core part of how you work, not an add-on: Claude, Codex, and Claude Cowork are expected tools here, not optional ones. What you'll own Own the full customer relationship - Guide customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion, building trust with everyone from day-to-day operators to economic buyers - Manage a tiered portfolio—hands-on for our largest Creator Networks and agencies, and scalable playbooks (lifecycle campaigns, in-product prompts, proactive outreach) for the rest, so growth doesn't just mean more headcount Be fluent in the data, not just the money - Help customers interpret their own performance and monetization data—including YouTube monetization trends—as confidently as they'd want a finance person to explain a payment - Spot data anomalies (a channel's reported earnings not matching what a customer expects) before they turn into a support escalation or a trust problem - Track account health against a mix of signals—retention, expansion, NPS/sentiment, and data/usage patterns—not payment metrics alone Turn signals into action - Partner with Risk and Finance on underwriting-adjacent questions and payment escalations, and with Data and Product on reporting or monetization discrepancies—most real issues touch both - Feed what you're hearing from customers back into Product in a structured way, not just as one-off tickets Build the playbook as you go - Use your AI toolkit daily—prep for calls, draft QBRs, summarize account history, and flag risk patterns before they surface - Keep a tight, structured pipeline in your task management system—every commitment and renewal date owned, nothing left to memory - Help define what great customer success looks like at ChannelMeter as we build out the function Who you are - 3–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing SaaS/B2B role - Already fluent with AI tools like Claude, Codex, or Cowork in your daily workflow—this is the single biggest predictor of success here - Comfortable being the translator between a data/analytics question and a payments/financial one—most accounts touch both, often in the same conversation - A clear, concise writer who simplifies complex things instead of complicating simple ones - Obsessively organized, with the kind of follow-through that catches what everyone else missed - Genuinely curious about the Creator Economy—how creators actually make money across platforms, not just how they get paid Nice to have - Experience with creator or content analytics, multi-channel network (MCN) tools, or platform monetization systems (YouTube or otherwise) - Experience in payments, fintech, or financial operations - Time spent in the Creator Economy—platform, agency, brand, or enterprise side - Startup experience where you had to build the process, not just follow one The fine print - Based in the SF Bay Area or Los Angeles, available to come into the office regularly - Authorized to work in the US—we can't sponsor visas or support relocation for this role - Comfortable demonstrating your AI workflow as part of the interview process What success looks like In your first 60 days: you've met every account in your portfolio and can speak to both the data and the money behind your top accounts accurately, you've got a first pass at a health-tracking system in place, and your task pipeline is fully stood up. By 6 months: retention and expansion in your book are trending up, Product and Data are getting structured, regular signal from your accounts, and the playbooks you've built are ones a future hire could pick up and run with. Compensation - Base: $55,000–$85,000 USD - Commission on top of base—$85K–$125K OTE - Health benefits, unlimited PTO, team offsites, and flexible work arrangements How we hire We move quickly and respect your time.
