Main activities and responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to business and technology areas, translating business objectives into sustainable and scalable architectural guidance; Develop and maintain enterprise architecture models, capability maps, reference architectures and transformation roadmaps; Conduct analyses, diagnostics and assessments to identify simplification, modernization and efficiency opportunities; Evaluate emerging trends, platforms and technologies, recommending adoption based on business value and strategic fit; Structure and communicate architectural recommendations to executives and stakeholders (risks, benefits, impacts, trade-offs); Support decisions on platform evolution, legacy modernization and digital transformation; Promote corporate standards, architectural principles and technology governance across strategic programs; Collaborate with product, operations, risk, treasury, technology and external partner teams; Required Qualifications: Advanced English. Availability for a hybrid work arrangement in São Paulo. Advanced experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture or Solution Architecture; Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, BIAN, Zachman or similar); Experience defining architectures aligned with digital transformation and technology modernization strategies; Broad knowledge of distributed/service-oriented architectures, APIs and systems integration, microservices, cloud computing (AWS, Azure or GCP), data architecture and analytics, information security, and event-driven architectures; Proficiency in enterprise/business modeling techniques (Capability Maps, BPMN, Value Streams, ArchiMate); Additional information: Type of work : CLT, Flexible hours.
