About Dash.fi

Dash.fi is a fast-growing fintech company offering corporate cards and adjacent financial products to SMB and enterprise businesses. We are building toward an acquisition exit and are in an aggressive growth phase — expanding verticals, scaling revenue operations, and building the infrastructure a durable business requires.

Dash.fi is building its Account Management function to create a proactive, commercially focused motion across the existing customer base. The Enterprise Account Manager will play a critical role in establishing that motion with Dash.fi's highest-value and most strategically important customers.

The Role

The Enterprise Account Manager owns a portfolio of Dash.fi's enterprise customers and is responsible for protecting and growing those relationships.

This is a strategic, commercially minded account management role—not a traditional customer success role. You will operate as the primary commercial owner for your accounts, developing executive relationships, understanding the customer's business and spend profile, identifying risk and expansion opportunities, and creating account strategies that drive retention and growth.

You will manage a smaller, high-value book of approximately 40–60 enterprise accounts, allowing for deeper customer engagement, executive relationships, QBRs, and complex commercial opportunities. You will work closely with the Head of AM, Sales, CS, Product, RevOps, and Commercial leadership to ensure customers have clear ownership and that opportunities and risks are acted on proactively.

What You'll Do

Build the enterprise book

  • Own a portfolio of approximately 40–60 enterprise customers as their primary commercial point of contact, building executive relationships and account plans grounded in each customer's business, spend, and strategic objectives.
  • Establish proactive engagement cadences so every strategic account has a clear next action.

Protect customer retention

  • Monitor spend, engagement, and other health signals to catch early risk, then proactively address declining spend, friction, and other retention threats.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders as needed and escalate material risks to the Head of AM with a clear action plan.

Drive expansion & growth

  • Use customer conversations and account data to uncover expansion, cross-sell, and growth opportunities, executing the AM “Grow” program and managing opportunities in HubSpot.
  • Partner with Product and Commercial leadership on new products, pricing, or deal structures, and build the business case to lead customers through the conversation.

Lead the enterprise customer experience

  • Run strategic QBRs and business reviews that surface outcomes, opportunities, and risks—not just status updates.
  • Gather and route customer feedback to Product, and ensure commitments are documented and followed through.

Manage commercial interventions

  • Identify accounts needing strategic intervention on retention, pricing, or contract terms, and partner with the Head of AM and Commercial leadership on renegotiations.
  • Translate commercial strategy into a clear account plan and keep complex deal cycles moving.

Operate with discipline

  • Keep all customer activity, opportunities, and pipeline accurate in HubSpot, and use data—not just relationship strength—to prioritize engagement.
  • Flag gaps in data, process, or tooling to the Head of AM.

Partner cross-functionally

  • Work closely with Sales, CS, RevOps, Product, and Commercial leadership to keep ownership, data, and opportunities aligned.
  • Clearly communicate dependencies and escalate blockers with a recommended path forward.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

  • 5-7 years of experience in account management, strategic customer success, sales, or a related commercial customer-facing role in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex B2B customer relationships and a strategic or enterprise book of business, with a track record of retaining and growing existing customers.
  • Strong commercial instincts and comfort discussing spend, pricing, contracts, expansion, and business value.
  • Experience identifying and managing customer risk proactively, with strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to build account strategies based on data, customer context, and business objectives, and to manage opportunities and customer activity in a CRM.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple strategic accounts simultaneously, comfortable operating where processes and playbooks are still being developed.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, CS, RevOps, and other teams.

Strong advantages

  • Background in fintech, payments, corporate cards, expense management, or spend management, including selling or managing financial products.
  • Experience with enterprise procurement, finance, AP, or expense stakeholders.
  • Experience leading QBRs or executive business reviews and managing complex commercial negotiations.
  • Experience working with multi-entity or multi-location organizations.
  • HubSpot experience, and experience in a high-growth company where the operating model is still being defined.
