# Enterprise Account Executive - Founding AE **Predikt** · Leuven · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role About Predikt ‍ Predikt is a dynamic Swiss-Belgian deeptech company at the forefront of innovation, developing cutting-edge AI-driven technology. We are an AI-driven cost & margin intelligence platform built for enterprise procurement and finance teams, providing unmatched visibility into external cost drivers and their impact on margins. We empower organizations to navigate market volatility, proactively manage risks, protect profitability and make confident, data-driven decisions. As an early-stage startup, we are fueled by a strong sense of mission and enthusiasm, striving to make cost intelligence accessible to every procurement and finance leader across the globe. ‍ At Predikt, we are defined by our core values and high ambitions. We are a company that champions integrity, innovation and excellence, creating an environment where everyone supports each other and works collaboratively towards common goals. Our customer-centric approach ensures we deliver exceptional value and service, while fostering a culture of mutual respect, open communication, and continuous improvement. ‍ Join us on this exciting journey as we transform the way procurement and finance teams understand and act on cost and create a future where volatility is no longer a threat, but a challenge every organization is equipped to face with confidence. Predikt turns market volatility into structured, forward-looking cost and margin intelligence for procurement, finance and commercial teams at global CPG and Food & Beverage enterprises. Our product is live with enterprise customers, and we're now building our commercial team. Our market is a well-defined list of a few hundred large enterprises, headquartered across Europe and beyond. Every account matters. Contracts are multi-year, with six-figure annual values or more and a global scope, and decisions involve procurement, finance and the C-suite. As our founding Account Executive, you'll own the full enterprise sales cycle for Predikt: from qualified opportunity to signed contract, selling directly to procurement, finance and commercial leaders at large CPG and Food & Beverage companies. This is a genuine enterprise sale, comparable in complexity to a Salesforce, Oracle or Anaplan deal. It's not a consultancy or services sale. You'll be selling to professional negotiators, so you win on business value, not on discounts. You'll be the first dedicated sales hire, working shoulder to shoulder with the founders, who lead our enterprise sales today. You won't start from zero: you'll take over a set of live opportunities from the founders and build the sales motion itself as you go: qualification, pricing conversations, negotiation and closing. What you'll do - Run the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts: discovery, demo together with our product and delivery team, business case, negotiation, close. - Turn pilots and first projects into multi-year enterprise contracts, and grow existing customers into new business units, categories and modules. - Build and manage your own pipeline together with the Marketing Manager and Go-to-Market Engineer we're adding to the team: account planning, multi-threading into buying committees and outreach to priority accounts. - Sell into procurement, finance and commercial stakeholders at large, complex enterprise organizations, and navigate their buying process: RFPs, security and IT reviews, legal and vendor onboarding. - Help define and refine the sales playbook as one of the first people building it. - Partner closely with the founders and our product and delivery team on presales, to make sure deals are technically and commercially sound. - Keep forecasting and CRM sharp, so the founders and investors always have a clear view of where deals stand. - Bring customer and market feedback back into product and positioning. What success looks like After 90 days: - You own the live opportunities handed over by the founders and have moved them forward. - You have your own account plans for a set of priority accounts, built with Marketing and the Go-to-Market Engineer. After one year: - Your first multi-year enterprise contracts closed, and a healthy, well-qualified pipeline across our priority accounts. - A forecast the founders and investors can rely on. - A documented, repeatable sales playbook: qualification criteria, pricing and negotiation guidelines, and a clear view of how our buyers buy. - Strong relationships with key stakeholders at our customers and prospects, who see you as a trusted advisor rather than a vendor. What you bring - A proven track record (typically 6+ years) in enterprise SaaS sales, closing complex, technical deals with six-figure annual values or more at large enterprise organizations. - Real comfort with long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, formal procurement processes and RFPs, not transactional or consultancy-style selling. - Experience selling to procurement, finance or supply chain buyers, for example planning, spend management or analytics software, is a big plus. - A structured way of working: you qualify rigorously (MEDDICC or similar), build solid business cases and forecast accurately. - Executive presence: you're credible in front of a CPO or CFO, and comfortable challenging them. - An entrepreneurial mindset: energized by building a playbook from the ground up rather than executing an existing one. - Willingness to travel regularly to customers and prospects across Europe. - Fluent in English. German, Dutch or French is a strong plus, given where our customers are. How we work Our commercial stack runs on HubSpot as CRM, supported by tools for account research, enrichment, outreach and call recording, and AI tools for research and drafting. Our Go-to-Market Engineer owns the stack, and we're open to new tools where they help you sell. What we offer Pay & perks - A competitive salary and a stock option plan, so you share in the growth you help create. - Meal vouchers of €8 per working day. - Eco vouchers worth €250 per year. - A net allowance of €175 per month for working from home and using your own equipment. Getting around - Mobility budget or company car via Lizy: you choose what fits your life. - Bike lease option. - Our Leuven office is a 2-minute walk from the train station. Health - Hospitalisation insurance via Alan. Flexibility - Hybrid work, split between our Leuven office and home. - Work from abroad for up to 3 weeks a year. - Bring your own device: work with the tools you know best. - A flexible reward plan is planned for 2027, so you can shape part of your package yourself. Team & culture - A yearly offsite, sometimes in the Swiss Alps, sometimes closer to home. - Plenty of moments together throughout the year: drinks, our Christmas dinner and other team activities. - A culture of radical transparency, where open and honest communication is the norm. - An early-stage startup that's growing fast, with room to take on more if you want it.
