About the Role

We are seeking PhD holders or PhD candidates in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering to support an AI training and evaluation project. The role involves creating real-world engineering problems, providing accurate solutions, and developing evaluation criteria to assess technical correctness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical problems based on real-world engineering research and professional experience.
• Provide accurate solutions with clear explanations and supporting analysis.
• Define objective evaluation criteria to assess technical accuracy.
• Review other contributors' problems for technical correctness and relevance.
• Identify ambiguous or incomplete problems and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

• PhD or current PhD candidate in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Hands-on research or professional engineering experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized research institution.
• Academic publications, patents, or technical contributions.
• Experience developing engineering assessments or research problems.
• Familiarity with AI training or LLM evaluation is an advantage.
