Engineering & Operations Manager
Lead the team. Improve operations. Deliver quality equipment. KGO Group designs and builds polymer and chemical feed systems, pump packages and process equipment for municipal and industrial customers. We are seeking an experienced Engineering & Operations Manager who enjoys leading people, solving practical problems and seeing equipment projects through to completion. Reporting directly to the President, you will lead engineering coordination, project execution and day-to-day operational priorities. Working closely with our Applications Manager and design and shop teams, you will bring clear direction, strengthen coordination and keep projects moving from engineering through fabrication, assembly, testing and delivery. This is an opportunity to make a visible contribution in an established equipment business, and help shape how the team plans and delivers its work. Your responsibilities Lead and support the team, establish priorities and build accountability for commitments and results. Plan and monitor project schedules, workloads and resources to meet customer delivery requirements. Coordinate engineering, purchasing and shop activities, resolving bottlenecks before they delay progress. Monitor project costs and scope changes. Maintain clear communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams throughout project execution. Improve work processes, documentation and coordination while maintaining safety and quality standards. What you bring A degree in engineering. Demonstrated success leading people and delivering industrial equipment or manufacturing projects. Practical experience coordinating engineering and production activities in a manufacturing environment. Sound judgment in managing schedules, resources, costs and competing priorities. Clear communication, confident decision-making and the ability to follow through. A collaborative approach and a willingness to work closely with both technical staff and shop personnel. Experience with pumps, piping, chemical feed systems or related process equipment would be an asset.
