In this role, you will oversee the design, development, and execution of complex oil and gas projects, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of safety, quality, budget, and schedule. You will act as a technical authority, mentoring multidisciplinary engineering teams and driving operational excellence across all project lifecycles. 12 to 15 Years of Experience required. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers (Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Civil/Structural). Project Execution: Oversee engineering design phases from FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) through detailed design, construction support, and commissioning. Technical Governance: Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with international codes, industry standards (API, ASME, ISO, etc.), and local regulatory requirements. Budget & Resource Management: Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and staffing forecasts to align with corporate objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Project Management, Procurement, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and Operations teams to mitigate risks and resolve technical bottlenecks. Quality & Safety Assurance: Champion a safety-first culture, enforcing strict adherence to process safety management (PSM) and quality assurance protocols. Key Requirements Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (or a related discipline). Experience: 12 to 15 years of progressive engineering experience within the upstream and/or downstream Oil & Gas sector. Work Location: In person
