The ideal candidate will have strong experience in multidisciplinary engineering coordination, design review, document control, and technical interface management . Key Responsibilities Review and approve engineering documents before submission to QatarEnergy for review and approval. Lead and coordinate engineering activities in compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, QatarEnergy standards, and applicable international codes . Manage engineering interfaces between the company, QatarEnergy, vendors, subcontractors, and third-party stakeholders . Coordinate engineering activities across multiple disciplines and ensure timely resolution of technical issues and interfaces. Review and approve engineering inputs for method statements, work procedures, installation procedures, and commissioning plans . Monitor engineering deliverables and ensure compliance with project requirements and approved schedules. Coordinate design reviews and ensure comments are properly addressed and closed. Support project teams in resolving engineering and technical coordination issues. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. 3–8 years of relevant experience in engineering coordination/design coordination, preferably within infrastructure projects. Strong experience in: Multidisciplinary engineering coordination Design review and approval processes Engineering document review and management Interface coordination between engineering disciplines Technical coordination with clients, vendors, and subcontractors Good knowledge of international engineering standards and project specifications. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. QatarEnergy experience will be an advantage. Candidates with relevant Qatar/GCC project experience are preferred.
