Establish standards and approval controls; ensure designs and methods are safe, buildable, cost-effective, compliant, and coordinated; support bids and project delivery; resolve critical technical issues; and develop engineering capability that protects quality, schedule, commercial outcomes, and the company’s reputation. BIM, Digital Engineering, and Innovation 6. Technical Assurance, Compliance, and Problem Resolution 7. Leadership and Stakeholder Management QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Educational Background a. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or Sanitary Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline. A master’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, Construction Management, or Business Administration is preferred. 2. License and Certification a. No professional license or certification is required; however, a relevant Philippine PRC license, appropriate specialization or accreditation, LEED credential, PMP, BIM certification, or an equivalent recognized credential is an advantage. 3. Work Experience a. At least ten (10) years of progressive engineering, design-management, technical-services, or construction experience, including at least four (4) years in an engineering leadership role supporting multiple large or complex projects. b. Demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary design coordination, constructability, construction methods, temporary works, BIM, value engineering, technical assurance, regulatory approvals, engineering risk, testing and commissioning, and project closeout. c. Experience with a major Philippine general contractor and with high-rise, commercial, institutional, industrial, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects is strongly preferred. 4. Skills and Abilities a. Strong command of engineering governance, multidisciplinary design coordination, constructability, temporary works, construction methodology, technical risk management, design change control, testing and commissioning, and engineering closeout. b. Sound working knowledge of Philippine laws, National Building Code requirements, referral codes and standards, permits, PCAB requirements, professional regulations, quality systems, environmental compliance, and occupational safety and health. c. Proficient in relevant engineering, BIM, coordination, document-management, scheduling, and analytical applications; able to review multidisciplinary technical outputs and digital workflows. d. Demonstrated leadership, technical judgment, commercial awareness, decision-making, innovation, negotiation, problem-solving, presentation, written communication, and stakeholder-management skills. e. High integrity and professional accountability; able to lead multidisciplinary teams, challenge constructively, manage competing priorities, travel to project sites, and escalate material technical risks appropriately. Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
