# Engineering Coordinator (ELV& ICT) **Future vison communicatuin** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 13 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Future Vision Communications LLC is looking for an experienced Engineering coordinator/ Office Engineer (ELV / ICT) to manage engineering documentation, technical drawings, and client/consultant submittals for our ELV and ICT projects in the UAE. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and revise AutoCAD shop drawings , as-built drawings, and coordination drawings. - Prepare and submit material submittals, technical submittals, method statements, and project documentation . - Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and internal project teams to obtain approvals. - Review consultant comments and ensure timely resubmission. - Maintain document control and engineering records. - Coordinate with Project Engineers, Procurement, and Site Teams for technical clarifications. - Support BOQ verification, material specifications, and compliance with project requirements. - Ensure all engineering documentation is submitted within project timelines. Requirements - 2-3 years of UAE experience in ELV, ICT, Security Systems, or MEP projects. - Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering documentation. - Experience preparing consultant/client submittals and handling approval processes. - Good understanding of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom, Wi-Fi, SMATV, and related ELV systems. - Experience using ERP/CRM or document management systems is an advantage. - Good English communication and documentation skills. - Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
