About Our Client: Our client is a company that specializes in providing innovative formwork and scaffolding systems, solutions, and services in all areas of construction. Position Overview: As an Engineering Coordinator, you will be the main contact for ensuring project requirements and customer expectations are met. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the creation of safe and efficient formwork and scaffolding designs that meet all standards. - Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget while meeting quality standards. Coordinate with various teams for smooth execution. - Mentor Junior Engineers and team members, encouraging teamwork and growth. - Perform structural analysis to ensure designs are safe and meet standards. - Ensure high-quality work within the team and maintain these standards with clients. - Approve designs and calculations to ensure they meet standards. - Oversee and schedule tasks for the team to ensure timely completion. - Find and apply ways to improve design processes and efficiency. - Resolve technical issues faced by team members. Qualifications: - Degree or diploma in Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering. - At least 5 years of construction experience, preferably in scaffolding and formwork systems. - Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar). - Fluent in English - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Experience leading a design team. - Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
