Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience as an Engineer or in a similar technical role Strong technical proficiency in relevant domain tools, engineering software, programming languages, or hardware systems. Proven analytical, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills. Ability to read, interpret, and produce technical documentation, blueprints, or code base. Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. JOB DESCRIPTION : Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining systems, products, or software applications according to project specifications. Analyzing existing processes, hardware, or technical workflows to identify areas for optimization and improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, quality assurance, and operations) to deliver scalable solutions. Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues or failures in a timely manner. Preparing comprehensive technical documentation, system architectures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Conducting quality control, code reviews, or physical testing to ensure compliance with industry safety and quality standards. Monitoring system performance and providing continuous maintenance and technical support. Work Location: In person
