The role focuses on reducing security risk, maintaining compliance with remediation SLAs, and resolving deployment issues impacting enterprise endpoints. Key Responsibilities - Execute enterprise-wide security patch deployments. - Perform manual remediation of high-risk vulnerabilities. - Troubleshoot patch failures and update deployment issues. - Analyze endpoint compliance and remediation status. - Coordinate with technology teams to resolve remediation blockers. - Support vulnerability management reporting and audits. - Ensure remediation activity compliance with established SLAs. - Assist in reducing enterprise vulnerability backlog. Required Skillset Technical Skills - Endpoint Management (SCCM/MECM, Intune) - Windows Operating Systems - Vulnerability Management (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7) - Patch Management Tools - Remote Endpoint Administration - PowerShell Scripting - Microsoft Defender for Endpoint - Incident and Remediation Tracking Preferred Skills - ServiceNow - Automation and Workflow Tools - Endpoint Security Solutions - ITIL Processes Soft Skills - Analytical thinking - Attention to detail - Incident prioritization - Effective communication #NOBLE Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
