We are seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to: - Work effectively in fast-paced environments while managing complex employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment. - Navigate sensitive workplace issues, maintaining accurate case documentation, and managing multiple priorities in a timely manner. - Experience with employee relations case management systems is a plus.
