Employee Relations and Engagement Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, monitor, and evaluate employee engagement tools and strategies. Prepare necessary payment requisition form, coordinate with supplier for the event needs, coordinate with the areas/departments for event guidelines, assist in the execution of the event. Prepare and gather employee post-event feedback/survey and consolidate the data into report. Draft, design, and send HR internal announcements. Receive, file, handle and monitor employee complaints and grievances, incident reports, NTEs/NODs, and other related disciplinary records. Arrange and coordinate schedules of verbal discussions and disciplinary hearings among concerned employee/departments. Coordinate with different departments on the processing of the resigned employee's clearance. Assist in the issuance of the certificate of employment of resigned employee. Update necessary employee records such as. promotion, compensation, adjustment, employment status, transfer of location or company and other personnel change necessary. Performed other tasks as may be assigned by the HR Assistant Manager. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, Political Science, Business Administration or similar discipline. Possesses at least one (1) year of hands-on experience in Employee Relations, Labor, Engagement, or related. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. Knowledgeable in labor law and compliance. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues professionally. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
