Read on… As an Employee Benefits Team Lead, your roles and responsibilities will include… Manage a personal caseload of renewals Ensure compliant processing and generate leads for Life & Protection team Deliver excellent service in line with SLAs and brand standards Handle queries and manage complaints in line with FCA guidelines Lead, coach and develop the retention team Manage workloads, performance reviews and onboarding We’re looking for an Employee Benefits Team Lead with the following skills and experience… Ideally 3 years in Employee Benefits/Insurance – retention, renewals, account management Proven track record of hitting retention and performance targets Experience dealing with own caseload with excellent communication skills Experience in a FCA regulated environment Strong understanding of employee benefits products (PMI, Dental, Cash Plans) Experience managing/leading a team – can be a senior or team lead stepping up In return, the successful Employee Benefits Team Lead will receive a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 (with an OTE of £45,000 to £50,000), plus the following benefits… Life insurance scheme 20 days holidays plus bank holidays, with an extra 5 days after 2 years of service Cash plan after probation Early finish on a Friday Christmas parties If this Employee Benefits Team Lead role sounds up your street, get in touch!
