Employee Benefits Account Manager

Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, work-from-home role responsible for managing group benefit accounts. This role oversees day-to-day account activities including maintaining carrier relationships, developing client relationships, processing renewals, managing implementations, building the online enrollment portal, handling adds & terms, and serving as the primary point of contact for client and employee questions and issue resolution. Daily tasks include tracking timelines, ensuring accurate documentation, and collaborating with internal team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience. Qualifications While this is a work from home position, candidate must reside in the Denver or surrounding metro area. Client relationship and account management skills, including the ability to serve as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for employer groups. Experience with employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability, voluntary benefits) and familiarity with insurance carrier portals and plan options. Organizational and time management skills are a must! Strong communication and writing skills are a must! Comfort with remote work, proficiency with standard office software and online portals, and ability to learn new benefits and enrollment platforms. Problem-solving skills to work efficiently with clients and carriers to resolve issues promptly. Experience with Employee Navigator is a plus! Previous experience in benefits administration, HR, or related fields is preferred.
