We supply decorative lighting products across the UK and international markets. As technology continues to change the way businesses operate, we're looking to expand our use of Artificial Intelligence, automation, data and e-commerce technology across the company. We're now looking for a Graduate AI & E-Commerce Analyst to join us in a newly created role. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or emerging talent graduate at the beginning of their career who is interested in AI and wants the opportunity to apply it within a real business environment. The Role You'll work closely with our IT team and departments across the business to explore how AI, automation and data analysis can improve the way we work. The position will also have a strong e-commerce and online marketplace focus, helping us analyse our online presence and maintain accurate product information across websites, marketplaces and online retailers. Researching and testing practical uses of AI and automation across the business. Helping departments identify processes that could be improved or automated using AI. Producing and analysing reports to support business decisions. Supporting product, stock, pricing and availability data supplied to online marketplaces and retailers. Reviewing online sellers displaying Elstead products and identifying incorrect prices, discontinued products, outdated information or other issues. Supporting and troubleshooting our websites and e-commerce platforms. Helping improve and automate existing reporting and data processes. Working with third-party systems and integrations where required. Providing some general IT support alongside the wider IT team. Other business requirements that may be identified by the business from time to time. Who We're Looking For We're particularly interested in graduates and junior candidates. You don't need years of commercial AI experience - we're looking for someone with the right technical mindset who is enthusiastic about developing their skills. The applicant must be comfortable learning various tasks in the company for IT Support A degree or strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, E-Commerce or a related subject would be ideal. Experience or an interest in AI tools, Excel/data analysis, Power BI, websites/e-commerce, APIs or automation would be advantageous. Genuinely interested in AI and emerging technology. Analytical and comfortable working with data. Confident investigating problems and finding solutions. Interested in websites, e-commerce and online marketplaces. Comfortable communicating with different departments. Keen to learn and develop within the role. Able to work independently while also being part of a wider team.
