Manage medical and surgical emergencies, trauma, and acute illnesses. Perform initial evaluation, stabilization, diagnosis, and appropriate management of emergency cases. Conduct basic emergency procedures and resuscitation, including CPR and management of critically ill patients. Coordinate with consultants and other departments for timely referral and further management. Monitor patient condition and ensure appropriate documentation of clinical findings and treatment. Maintain accurate medical records and follow hospital protocols and emergency care guidelines. Communicate effectively with patients and their attendants regarding treatment and further care. Participate in emergency duty/shift rotations as required. Eligibility MBBS from a recognized medical institution. Valid medical registration with the relevant Medical Council. MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine preferred. Candidates with relevant Emergency/Casualty experience will be preferred. Freshers with strong clinical skills and willingness to work in emergency settings may also apply. Required Skills Good clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle emergency and critical situations efficiently.
