Director of Emergency Services

Lead the Emergency Services department in a high-acuity, patient-centered environment. Oversee clinical operations, staffing, budgeting, and quality initiatives while ensuring full compliance with applicable regulatory standards. Partner with physicians and hospital leadership to improve throughput, strengthen patient safety, and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Key Duties

• Manage day-to-day emergency department clinical operations
• Provide leadership for staffing, resource planning, and operational performance
• Own budgeting and support financial stewardship for the department
• Drive quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to optimize patient flow and outcomes
