From installation and commissioning to maintenance, modernization, troubleshooting, and life-cycle extension, our teams play a critical role in keeping essential infrastructure running. We are now looking for an EMEA Services Resources Manager to manage the deployment, development, and performance of Installation & Commissioning resources across the EMEA region. This role combines workforce planning, technical leadership, project readiness, safety, quality, and operational excellence to support the successful delivery of projects across UPS, power distribution, and associated products. What you’ll do: - Own the EMEA resource strategy and capacity planning for Installation & Commissioning teams. - Plan and deploy engineers, technical leaders, specialists, and subcontractors across the region. - Ensure projects are fully prepared with the right people, tools, documentation, training, and equipment before mobilisation. - Lead readiness reviews and support the successful delivery of strategic projects. - Develop technical leaders, people managers, and regional engineering capability. - Maintain skills, competency, certification, and succession planning frameworks. - Drive EHS, electrical safety, quality, and compliance standards across EMEA. - Oversee subcontractor competence, performance, and adherence to company standards. - Manage utilisation, travel, overtime, and resource-related budgets. - Monitor performance, productivity, customer satisfaction, and delivery metrics, implementing corrective actions when needed.
