This position will be responsible for improving distributor performance, developing new business opportunities, supporting local market development, and achieving regional sales objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned distributors across Europe and Africa. Develop annual sales plans and targets with distributors. Monitor distributor performance, pipeline, and sales forecasts. Conduct regular business reviews with distributor partners. Identify growth opportunities within existing markets. Identify and develop potential distributors in new markets. Support distributors with key customer opportunities and product demonstrations. Coordinate product launches, training, and commercial initiatives. Analyze market, competitor, pricing, and sales performance. Maintain accurate sales opportunities and forecasts in CRM. Participate in exhibitions, distributor meetings, and customer visits. Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Technical Support, and HQ teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Healthcare, or related field. 3+ years of B2B sales, channel sales, or distributor-management experience. Strong business-level English. Strong commercial and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple markets and business partners. Willingness to travel frequently throughout Europe and Africa. Preferred Qualifications Medical device, healthcare, diagnostics, or fitness technology experience. International distributor/channel-management experience. Additional European languages.
