Embroidery Operations Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled Embroidery Operations Manager to oversee our production floor, manage daily workflows, and maintain our machine infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for ensuring top-tier production quality while keeping our machinery running at peak performance. Key Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in embroidery production management. Technical Mastery: Proven ability to service, troubleshoot, and perform mechanical maintenance on industrial embroidery machines. Added Bonus: Direct experience with sublimation printing processes and machinery is highly preferred. Core ResponsibilitiesProduction & Floor Management. Oversee daily production schedules to guarantee on-time order delivery. Enforce strict quality control standards for all embroidered products.Manage, train, and schedule the embroidery production team. Technical & Machine MaintenancePerform regular preventative maintenance on all industrial embroidery machines. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic machine faults immediately to minimize downtime. Manage inventory for machine spare parts, needles, threads, and backing materials. Workflow OptimizationOptimize machine setups and frame selections for complex designs. Coordinate closely with design/digitizing teams to ensure clean sewing Track production metrics and reduce material waste. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
