This role requires strong technical leadership, deep knowledge in analog/digital circuit design, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams from concept through production. Specific Responsibilities: ● Lead the end-to-end design and development of electronic hardware including analog, digital, power, and embedded systems. ● Create detailed schematics, select components, and perform PCB layout design and optimization. ● Conduct simulations and validation tests to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with applicable standards. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and QA) to ensure seamless integration of hardware with system-level design. ● Drive design reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers. ● Manage design documentation, BOMs, and support the transition from prototyping to manufacturing. ● Support failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective action planning. ● Stay up to date with industry trends, components, and best practices in electronics design and manufacturing. Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
