# ELV Site Engineer **FSK & Partners** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role About FSK & Partners FSK & Partners is a specialist multidisciplinary engineering consultancy delivering ELV, ICT infrastructure, building automation, audio-visual, building security, and acoustics solutions across landmark projects in the MENA region. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced ELV Site Engineer to oversee the on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of Extra Low Voltage systems across active project sites. The role requires close coordination with contractors, consultants, and the project management team to ensure systems are delivered on time, within scope, and to FSK's quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site execution of ELV systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, PA/public address, and BMS integration points Review and verify installation work against approved shop drawings and technical specifications Coordinate with MEP contractors and other trades to resolve site clashes and interface issues Conduct site inspections, prepare inspection request (IR) documentation, and track snagging/de-snagging Support testing and commissioning activities, including system integration checks Maintain daily site progress reports and update the project manager on schedule/quality risks Ensure compliance with health & safety protocols on site Liaise with subcontractors and vendors on material delivery and installation quality Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field 2–6 years of hands-on ELV site experience, ideally within the UAE/GCC construction industry Strong knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fire alarm, PA systems, BMS Familiarity with reading and interpreting ELV shop drawings and BOQs UAE driving license preferred Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary site teams Prior experience on large-scale commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments is a plus What We Offer Opportunity to work on landmark projects across the MENA region Collaborative, multidisciplinary consultancy environment Growth path within FSK's expanding ELV & ICT division Immediate Joining Pay: AED1.00 per year Work Location: In person
