Location: Dubai, UAE Position: ELV Sales Coordinator Key Responsibilities Coordinate and provide administrative support to the ELV Sales team. Prepare quotations, proposals, sales orders, and other sales-related documents. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, sales engineers, procurement, and internal departments. Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and customer requirements. Obtain quotations from suppliers and coordinate pricing, availability, and delivery schedules. Assist with procurement and sourcing of ELV materials and equipment. Maintain accurate records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier details. Prepare sales reports and maintain relevant trackers. Ensure timely follow-up on pending quotations and orders. Support the sales team in achieving business objectives and maintaining strong customer relationships. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in ELV Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Procurement. Experience in the ELV / Fire & Security industry is preferred. Good knowledge of ELV products and systems will be an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems . Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
