Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across the UAE. Manage and grow existing key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships. Generate sales opportunities for Structured Cabling, Fiber Optics, CCTV, Access Control, Networking, and other ELV solutions . Build relationships with end users, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and project stakeholders. Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial submissions in coordination with estimation and technical teams. Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations, and commercial negotiations. Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports. Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, project opportunities, and outstanding customer requirements. Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Achieve assigned sales, gross margin, and collection targets . Monitor market developments, competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of UAE sales experience in ELV, ICT, structured cabling, fiber optics, or related solutions. Strong existing network of customers and industry contacts in the UAE is preferred. Good understanding of ELV/ICT products, solutions, project costing, and tendering. Proven track record in new customer acquisition and revenue generation . Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills. UAE driving licence is preferred. Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical/business qualification preferred.
