ELV Engineer / Project Manager – Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new ELV business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, technical/commercial proposals and tender submissions .
• Manage ELV projects from site survey, design and installation through testing, commissioning and handover .
• Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure projects meet quality, budget, schedule, HSE and UAE regulatory requirements .
• Provide technical expertise across CCTV, Access Control, PA/VA, Intercom, Structured Cabling, Intrusion Alarm, BMS, AV, Parking Systems and Smart Building solutions .

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• SIRA certificate is mandatory.
• 5–8 years of UAE experience in ELV/Low Current Systems.
• Proven experience in project execution and business development .
• Strong knowledge of SIRA, Civil Defence and UAE HSE requirements .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office .
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client management skills.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
