ELV Engineer
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced ICT & ELV Engineer with strong hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, server administration, and ELV systems. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for ICT and ELV systems. Key Responsibilities ELV Systems: Supervise installation, configuration, and integration of CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Intercom, and other ELV systems. Conduct site inspections and ensure installation quality according to approved designs. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Prepare as-built drawings, test reports, and operation manuals. Conduct end-user training and system handover. Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and clients. Monitor project progress and resolve technical/site issues. Provide post-installation technical support to clients. IT / ICT: Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, user accounts, and permissions. Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, and wireless networks. Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor network and server performance and troubleshoot technical issues. Maintain file servers, shared folders, network printers, and user access. Provide Tier 1/2 technical support. Maintain IT documentation, network topology, IP schemes, asset inventory, and SOPs. Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, IT Engineering, or a related field. 3–7 years of relevant experience in ICT and ELV systems. Strong practical knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking. Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization. Good knowledge of LAN/WAN/VLAN/VPN, switches, routers, and firewalls. Hands-on experience with ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, PA, Intercom, and SMATV. Experience in system installation, configuration, integration, testing, and commissioning. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams. Good technical documentation and communication skills. Willingness to work at project sites and travel within the UAE when required. Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
