# ELV AMC / PPM Technician / Engineer **Arabian security** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Title: ELV AMC / PPM Technician / Engineer Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Business Automation & Security Systems LLC (BASS) We are looking for an experienced ELV Technician / Engineer with hands-on experience in AMC and Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) of ELV systems. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out AMC and scheduled PPM activities for ELV systems. - Attend service calls, troubleshoot faults, and complete rectification works. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. - Prepare service reports, PPM checklists, and maintenance documentation. - Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding maintenance schedules and follow-up maintenance requirements. - Ensure ELV systems are maintained in proper working condition. Systems Experience Preferred: - CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, Video Intercom, Structured Cabling, Gate Barriers and other ELV/Security Systems. Requirements: - Previous experience handling AMC / PPM for ELV systems in the UAE. - Good troubleshooting and technical skills. - Ability to independently attend maintenance and service calls. - Good communication and reporting skills. - UAE driving licence will be an advantage. Experience: Relevant ELV maintenance experience required. Job Location - Onsite , Dubai ----- ==== Pay: AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
