Job Overview

As an Elite Property Specialist, you will advise clients on premium property opportunities across Abu Dhabi, build a strong portfolio of prospective buyers and investors, and manage property transactions from initial consultation through closing. The ideal candidate has excellent sales and negotiation skills, a client-focused mindset, and a strong interest in the luxury and investment property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, property buyers, and sellers.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and lead generation.
• Promote and sell premium residential properties, luxury villas, apartments, penthouses, and off-plan developments.
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their budgets, investment objectives, and lifestyle preferences.
• Conduct property viewings, private consultations, and tailored property presentations.
• Provide clients with insights into market trends, property values, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Develop a strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s prime residential communities and upcoming developments.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate with buyers, sellers, developers, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions.
• Maintain accurate client records, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities in the company CRM.
• Deliver a high standard of service, professionalism, and confidentiality throughout the client journey.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a similar client-facing sales role is preferred.
• Experience in luxury real estate, premium properties, or investment sales is an advantage.
• Good understanding of the Abu Dhabi or wider UAE property market is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong networking and client relationship management abilities.
• Professional attitude, polished presentation, and a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Relevant UAE real estate licensing or registration, where applicable, is an advantage.
