Job Summary: The Electronic Security Solutions Technical Staff will provide hands-on technical support to the ESS team, particularly in field works, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, repair, procurement, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and other technical activities related to ESS projects and services. As a technical staff, this role would work under the guidance of senior engineers. Duties and responsibilities: ESS Technical Installation & Field Support Perform installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and technical support for CCTV, radio communications, and other ESS systems and equipment. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repair, testing, and refurbishment of ESS systems, equipment, and deployed service units. Technical Procurement & Equipment Sourcing Assist in identifying technical requirements and handle sourcing, canvassing, and purchasing of ESS items, devices, equipments, and materials based on required specifications, compatibility, and operational needs. Site Operations & Technical Assistance Support site surveys, equipment deployment, troubleshooting, technical assessments, project implementation, and provide hands-on assistance to ESS Engineers and Technical Staff. Job Specification: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Technical/Vocational course graduate or equivalent to NCII - technical training in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields. Hands on knowledge in CCTV, electronics, radio communications, basic networking, installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive/corrective maintenance. Basic Ability to understand technical specifications and equipment requirements. With at least 2 years relevant hands-on/field experience in CCTV, electronic security systems, electronics, installation, repair, or maintenance. Willing to perform field assignments, technical procurement activities, and undergo additional ESS training.
