The ideal candidate must have at least 8 years of hands-on electrical experience in the UAE , including the supervision of electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting works. Key Responsibilities Supervise electrical installation and maintenance activities at project sites Manage electricians and allocate daily manpower and tasks Supervise the installation of conduits, cable trays, trunking, wiring, cables, isolators, DBs, lighting, and power systems Read and understand electrical drawings, load schedules, single-line diagrams, and project specifications Ensure all electrical works comply with approved drawings, project requirements, and UAE regulations Coordinate with engineers, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and other MEP trades Conduct inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and rectification of electrical systems Prepare material and manpower requirements and monitor site productivity Ensure proper use of materials and minimise site wastage Maintain daily progress records and report site issues to the project management Attend inspections with consultants and ensure timely closure of comments and snags Enforce safety requirements and company procedures at all times Requirements Minimum 8 years of electrical experience in the UAE Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on MEP construction, fit-out, and maintenance projects Strong knowledge of LV electrical systems, lighting, power, containment, cable installation, DBs, and control systems Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications Good troubleshooting, leadership, and manpower-management skills Familiarity with Abu Dhabi electrical regulations and inspection requirements Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory Ability to work independently and under pressure Must be currently available in the UAE Preferred Qualifications Diploma or ITI certification in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field Electrical competency or authority approval is an advantage Experience in testing, commissioning, and electrical maintenance is preferred Salary and Benefits Salary to be discussed based on experience Employment visa and medical insurance provided Overtime as per UAE Labour Law Working Conditions Based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with work across multiple project sites Emergency maintenance call-outs may occasionally be required How to Apply Interested candidates may apply directly through Indeed or send their CV via WhatsApp or email.
