Job Description We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor with electrical knowledge to oversee daily site operations and ensure project works are completed according to schedule and quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities and workers on site, ensure work is carried out according to project schedule. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitor electrical installation works, testing, commissioning and site progress Ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications Inspect workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress updates and documentation. Troubleshoot basic electrical issues and provide technical support when required Attend site meetings and communicate project progress to management. Requirements Diploma / Certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience or electrical works. Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installation. Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. Familiar with site safety practices and regulations. Good communication and coordination skills Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently Possess own transport Experience in construction or M&E projects is an advantage.
