The role will be responsible for inspections, quality documentation, material approvals, testing, NCR closure and ensuring works comply with approved drawings, specifications and project standards. Coordinate inspections for power, lighting, LV, ELV, earthing, lightning protection and containment systems. Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs/WIRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs). Review approved material submittals and verify materials delivered to site. Ensure all electrical works comply with project QA/QC procedures and approved standards. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Consultants and subcontractors for inspections and approvals. Identify non-conforming works and raise or follow up NCRs where required. Ensure NCRs, site observations and consultant comments are closed within the required timeframe. Maintain inspection records, checklists, test reports and quality documentation. Review method statements, ITPs and quality procedures related to electrical activities. Witness electrical testing and support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Monitor workmanship and ensure corrective actions are implemented where required. Prepare quality reports and maintain updated QA/QC logs. Support preparation of project handover and close-out documentation. Coordinate with HSE, Engineering and Project teams on quality-related matters. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5–7 years of relevant Electrical QA/QC experience in MEP projects, preferably in the UAE. Strong knowledge of electrical installation, inspection and testing requirements. Good understanding of LV, power, lighting, ELV, earthing and related systems. Experience with IR/WIR, MIR, ITP, NCR and quality documentation. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications and approved material submittals. Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and relevant electrical standards. Good knowledge of testing, commissioning and project handover requirements. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Work Location: In person
