Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Valid TAQA Approval is MANDATORY. Proven UAE experience in Electrical & Infrastructure Projects . Strong experience in electrical networks, substations, cabling, utilities, testing & commissioning, and related electrical works . Ability to manage projects from mobilization, execution, testing & commissioning through final handover . Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, procurement, manpower, and subcontractor management . Proven ability to coordinate effectively with TAQA, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities . Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
