The ideal candidate must be capable of handling both electrical systems and full MEP coordination. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering 5–8 years UAE experience in Electrical + MEP works Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems, DBs, cabling, load schedules MEP coordination (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire‑fighting) Ability to manage site teams & subcontractors Knowledge of UAE authority standards & HSE Review drawings, BOQs, specs, shop drawings DMT / Equivalency Certificate preferred UAE Driving License preferred Key Responsibilities Manage electrical & MEP works for villa projects Coordinate electrical, mechanical, plumbing & FF systems Ensure compliance with drawings, specs & authority standards Monitor daily site progress, manpower & materials Liaise with consultants, clients & authorities Prepare progress reports & support handover Ideal Candidate UAE‑experienced Electrical & MEP Engineer with villa project background and strong coordination skills.
